By using Pixolo you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and files you upload. You grant Pixolo a limited licence to host, process, and display content solely to provide the service to you and your guests.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, harass others, or attempt to bypass access controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Limitation of liability
Pixolo is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
